Trunk rotation with both arms
Sit down and let your arms hang loose, looking
forward and with back straight and no support. From this position,
raise both arms forward at shoulder height or slightly below, with
elbows slightly bent. Rock both arms together to the left of your
body, following your hands with your eyes and turning the trunk,
without moving your hips from the chair. Do the same movement toward
the right and repeat it until the series is completed.
